* Boarding will be confirmed once the payment is done.

* Check in time is between 11 AM to 6 PM ( Early check in will be subjected to availability )

* Check out time is by 12PM. Late check out will be charged for the full day.

* Every day one video will be shared with the parents.

* Only Pet parents will be allowed to visit the pet in boarding period that to one prior notice and at a given time slot.

* Extension of the boarding period will depend on the availability and should be paid for in advance.

* In rare cases of any injury or medical issues with the pet, will be dealt immedialtely by Management.( Take to Vet) and Parents will be informed about the same, in such incidents parents have to take care of the medical expenses.

* Complimentary bath will be provided when the stay is more than 6 days.

* Management will not be responsible if the pet has any issue due to internal problems ( Like Heart attack, Heart Failure, Organ Failure, Gastric dilation-volvulus, etc.)

* Management will not be responsible for the items left behind for the pet ( e.g. Bed, Bowl, Leash, etc.)

* Management will decide whether the pet will be provided play time with other pets or not. ( Depend on the behaviour of pet )
